Was abit skeptical about the 'complimentary' as I google about the spa, many negative reviews on the service and hard-selling. So I called and speak to them to test how they are like on the line since after all they are a registered company no harm trying. So I contacted the appointment booking number and spoke to auntie, she is nice enough to inform me that the 45mins therapy consist of only 30mins message and balance 15mins is for hand paraffin. If I need longer massage I can top up $28 to get 1hr massage (without hand paraffin), which i can decide on that day. Honest enough I guess so i go ahead to book a weekday appointment since their condition stated valid for Mon-Thu between 11am to 4pm only.

The spa is conveniently located near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, take Exit A from the MRT station and you will see 'Orchid Hotel' as a landmark, then turn to your right you will see a whole row of shop houses where all the spas and salons are located.

Environment feels good just like a typical boutique size spa, I was attended to promptly at the counter, fill up the registration form that consist of my personal particulars as well as health declarations. Then she start explaining to me about today's treatment and if I need to top-up to 1hr massage. So i decide to go ahead with the top-up since $28 for an hr massage is still cheap and I'm starting to feel the backache.

Treatment went well with my therapist Jenny, and biggest difference between normal massage vs prenatal is you get to lie on your side and prenatal massage does not cover stomach area (to prevent triggering contractions).

Post treatment I was served hot tea and feedback on how's the treatment and also if I'm keen on postnatal treatment. Of course I am keen who doesn't like post massage shiokness isn't it. So she start explaining to me how their post-natal massage works and how their treatment is different from other jamu massage. And if I were to take up their post-natal, I will also be entitled to the pre-natal massage.

Their $788 (before GST) package consist of consecutive 5 days post-natal treatment done at our home, and 3 sessions of pre-natal treatments + 3 sessions of post delivery body massage at the spa.

1.5hr postnatal package covers sea salt scrub to exfoliate dead cells, herbal steaming for vagina cleansing & speeding up recovery of the wound, full body massage to smooth muscles and expel blood clot & air, overnight tummy wrap to aid slimming and baby massage to calm and improve infant well-being. It also includes the tummy wrap belt but exclude a 1-time transport fee of $80 as massage is done at our home.

I'm happy with her patient explanation and frankly no hard-selling at all. I was very keen then but also contemplating as I never try out other spa prenatal service as comparison. The consultant was kind enough to offer me the package by paying just the deposit amount of $110, if I subsequently decide not to take up their post-natal I can convert the $110 to 2 body massage treatment, which will cost only $55 per massage. Good deal for me so i sign up with deposit only and I shall do more research and decide on next treatment after trying the other massage therapies service.
