Joined the Growing Bump - A Happier Mum, A Healthier Baby by YogaTime, a 3-in-1 prenatal wellness program including fitness, nutritional health and financial protection, specially for new mums to prepare for baby arrival.



Its held once a month on a Saturday from 3pm to 5.30pm @ 70A Bussorah Street SG 199767. 

Registration Fee cost $40 per pax but consist of a goodie bag worth $60 (including $40 worth of Spring Maternity Vouchers, Nursing cover, 5 pairs of nursing pads and Palmer stretch mark lotion)

  3. Prenatal Yoga - by YogaTime Enjoy a 45-minute yoga session to firm your body, relieves tension and experience a deeper connection with your precious one. (Pregnant mom in any stage of trimester is encouraged to join). Discover how prenatal yoga can help to strengthen the “pushing muscles”, reduce lower back ache, reduce the risk of prenatal depression and make the delivery process a whole lot easier.
Overall its a useful and interesting session although the yoga studio could be better improve as its located along shop houses at Arab Street and having to walk under the hot sun from Bugis to reach a non-air conditioned studio. most participants are sweating and fanning ourselves in the early part of the session.
