Last session of the 6th Childbirth Education lesson
Daddy was trying to brainwash me not to attend since its not conducted by Wong BB
But since its already paid for why not right its after work anyway
The night session was divided to 3 parts: 1st topic is by Thomson PD to talk about their role post-delivery, baby jaundice, new born checks and vaccinations. Find this part is really useful since jaundice is such a common problem now and information about the essential check-ups n vaccinations has really mix reviews from different parents online. Nevertheless we decided to go ahead with the whatever new born checks, early detection will have higher chance of recovery. As for vaccinations we will stick with only what is compulsory.
2nd part is conducted by Thomson Chinese Medicine TCM Sinsei. The topic is on confinement herbs n meals, pretty similar to what was covered during Abotts' seminar previously but its good to recap as date draws nearer.
Finally last part is the private cordblood banking which we did not stay for as we have already attended so many seminar from both company and have decide to donate to public bank.
